Necrom Quest Progress Bugged

So I was trying to do the main Necrom quest, and my Fate's Proxy quest got stuck on Travel to Tel Rendys.
I also had "Spirit of Fate" in my journal but it won't let me in to the Tel Baro caverns.
I dropped "Fate's Proxy to try to reset it, but when I picked it up it has skipped to the (almost?) end

It has me completing 8/9 Necrom quests. I have NOT done these quests. It is not just a visual bug the only story quest it will give me is Unhealthy Fate, even though you can see I don't have the achievements.
I put in a ticket about bugged quests but it is more serious than a single quest. My entire Necrom progress is messed up.

Okay so now I completed the quests for Als Istra, and Kemel-Ze but the game won't mark those areas as complete on the map. And the game still won't let me do any of 7 the story quests I haven't done except the one that the game is insisting on.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin I put in a ticket. Is it possible to get a full Telvani zone overland reset? Thats the only thing I can think of that'll really fix this.

Have they given you a fix for it?
I'm stuck on the same exact thing. Its actually screwed up all my quests in every zone and I can't believe I spent $60 for this level of aggravation.

Mine is the same and also for every area, quests I have done, zones that were finished are now not. I’m waiting to see if the update tomorrow fixes it.

There has been no fix or any indication of a fix. The U39 patch notes were also not promising as they didn't list the quest I was stuck on as fixed either.

Edit: I missed the patch notes yesterday. My Quest was reset completely and I'm trying again

Edit 2: Quest Still Blocked.

Thanks for ya'lls responses.
It's really disappointing.
I'm on Playstation. So I pay PSN $10 a month just to get into ESO, $16 a month on an ESO subscription, and then I had to buy this expansion for $60 only to run into bug after bug...
Now I can't finish the main quest for Necrom and I'm beyond frustrated.
It wasted my last 100% experience scroll.
I sent a ticket in days ago and haven't heard anything from them yet.
Here's to hoping this maintenance fixes it.

I may have spoken too soon. I tried again, completely dropping both necrom story quests (Fate's Proxy and the Subquest I was on). This time, when I took them again. I had to do the talk to Mora in the pool thing again, which is new, then I had to go the bindary and talk to laramil. She only conjured one portal (the one that I'd been stuck on) and there was no portal visual, but taking the invisible portal semes to have worked and I'm back on track! The 9.0.7 patch note might've fixed it even if those quests were not specifically mentioned.

Nope, quest still blocked.

I know they're aware of it, I made them aware of it the day after necrom launched. That's how long this has been broken for me. Being aware of it is nowhere near fixing it and there is nothing in either the 9.0.7 or 9.1.0 patch notes that indicate a specific fix for this blocking bug. It's completely unacceptable.

They got back to me on my ticket, this is what they said,

"I understand quests and points of interest are not being recognized as completed in your zones and it is causing you not to be able to progress. We have been receiving reports of an issue where quest/zone progression is not displaying properly which may interfere with further quest progression. This issue is currently being investigated."

I subscribed so they would update me about the problem, but so far there hasn't been any.
I wonder if they've forgotten, lol!

The current hope is that this fix from the 9.1.3 patch notes is the fix for this:

But we'll find out for sure on Monday.

I still have the quest saying to enter Tel Baro cavern yet I cannot enter the cavern. Still stuck.

U39 did fix it for me. Have you tried abandoning the quest and picking it up again.

My problem is that my quests have already been completed so I can't drop. They still show up on the map undone, so when I use the "Continue Zone Story" it takes me back to something I've already done and can't do again, or it won't give me credit for things I've done, like only giving me credit for one public dungeon when I've completed the 2 available for that zone.

Console get the patch next week, you wont have the fix yet

It's now November and I still can't do the part of the Fate's Proxy quest called "investige Tel Rendys" There is a marker but nobody there to speak to and I can't get in the tower. This has been going on way too long!

This was fixed for everyone else that I know of that experienced this bug a while back. Did you drop and reaccept the quest?
