Other than hairstyle (if you own the style pack), head and body markings (ditto), costumes or outfit styles.... Nope.
If she's pretty low level, it's faster and cheaper to just delete her and remake her. If you do that, BE SURE you take anything of value off of her before you delete.
When I first made most of my characters, I was playing on an absolute potato of a laptop.
When I upgraded to a new machine there were a variety of surprises awaiting me but the worst one was my beloved main templar. In my head she was a warm, kind, and intelligent Altmer. But, when I logged in I discovered the worst case of RBF I have ever seen. She looked like she was ready to scream over the counter at the teenage cashier and demand to speak to the manager over some expired coupons. It was that bad. And I'd been playing her for over a year! With no idea!
I bought a cheap personality pack and gave her the Cheerful personality. Now she whistles, and it's a little annoying, but dang at least she's smiling and happy. A personality can go a long way towards giving a toon some new life.
