Unable to get Pet for Marketing Preferences

I cannot get my Infernium Dwarven Spiderling pet for opting in to Marketing preferences.
I have tried several times and no emails have appeared. I have verified that I am using the correct email - I see purchase confirmations that I recently did.
What's the problem?

✭✭✭✭✭Bethesda Support's Twitter is saying "later in August" to anyone who asks. At one point it seems the plan was to send out the codes after the expiration of the promotion window (August 21st). That said, I've just received my code, but I was already subscribed - I had just forgotten that because they don't send me anything.
The code is not immediate, at any rate.0 -
