Depths of Malatar achievement bug

I have done two runs of Depths of Malatar today. Both fulfilled all conditions of a trifecta (Hard mode, less than 30 mins, no death) but nobody in the group got it. Furthermore, the no death achievement itself wasn't granted, despite nobody in the group dying. This happened twice. Can we get any answers on this?

✭✭✭✭Did you make sure to kill all the enemies in the dungeon?
I know some dungeons have had achievement bugs in the past, but I think Malatar does have some places where you can bypass some enemies right after the Weeping Woman and before the Orb. If you don't kill all of the enemies, then the speedrun/nodeath/trifecta won't count.
Fortunately you can go back after you kill the final boss. That's what my group did when we got our Graven nodeath when we realized we forgot a group of Pangrits going up towards the first secret boss, and then the achievement popped right after we came back and got them.Edited by tomofhyrule on August 14, 2023 5:32PM3
