Questions about which recipes affect Master Writ chance

My questions:

1) Does this mean learning blue furniture recipes affects Master Writ chances? Or is it only Purple and Gold furniture recipe knowledge?

2) Is it only for Provisioning that Purple/Gold recipes count? Learning Purple/Gold furniture recipes that are crafted with Blacksmithing do or don't increase chances of Master Writs?

"Player Question: Thank you for the article but it did not really clarify what we already knew in general about the chances to get Master Writs.
Is it blue, purple, and gold recipes that increases your chances or only purple and gold?

ZOS Answer: Only Purple- and Gold-quality provisioning recipes "

"Player Question: With the introduction of furnishing crafting schematics, does knowledge of these influence Master Writ chances as they are "craftable goods"?

ZOS Answer: Currently, yes. As the system is new, we're constantly evaluating decisions such as this and taking player feedback into consideration. This may change in the future, or it may remain as-is."

Do you have the source for these comments from ZoS?

I've spent quite a bit of time trying to determine master writ drop chances, and this is the first time I can recall hearing that furnishing plans have an effect on them.

For provisioning it's definitely only purple and gold, that's in a patch note somewhere.

I found the comment you're quoting. Unfortunately misquoted, as you skipped a question for your part 2 and wrote the answer to a different question for that one.

Q: "-With the introduction of furnishing crafting schematics, does knowledge of these influence Master Writ chances as they are "craftable goods"?"
A: This doesn’t factor in at the moment, but we’ll be evaluating it for future growth of the system

Q: @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Is it intended that Writ Vouchers can't be banked?
A: Currently, yes. As the system is new, we’re constantly evaluating decisions such as this and taking player feedback into consideration. This may change in the future, or it may remain as-is. (Note: This has been changed)

Given that I've never seen it show up in a future patch note.

No, furnishing plan knowledge does not affect master writ drop rates.

Thank you so much!! This clears up a lot. My source was an ESO fan site (not an official site) that was quoting the interviews. It was really confusing.

I wish the formula for drop rate chances on Master Writs was included in-game. Feels like I'm playing detective.
