Well, the topic seems to be self explained
When I try to visit Rawl'kha outlaws refuge I'm getting kicked from the PC-EU server with "You have been disconnected, please check your internet connection" message
Other outlaws hideouts and the rest of the game content works fine for me

We are aware of some issues from yesterday affecting PC-EU players. Since then the server has underwent maintance.
