Not able to use skills

Yesterday I was trying to finish the Dragonguard quest, I got to the mini boss that is at the Mask(Dragonguard Mask)and all I could use was Barb trap, Jabs, Blood Mist and Wall of Elements. I relaoded UI and and the problem was still there so I went back through the doorthat I came through then reloaded UI, went back to the fight and still the same problem. So I completely left the area by running ALL the way back then tried again and finally got through. If you notice the stamina might be the problem, maybe?

✭✭✭✭✭I have a perhaps silly question: were you able to target the boss? Because the abilities you say you’re able to cast don’t require a target. It’s been a while since I’ve done that fight all I remember is he teleports around.PC/NA Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS/Heal), Trialist (DPS/Tank/Heal), and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore- CP 2000+

madman65✭✭✭✭If you look, my reticle is on the mini and it`s yellow. I couldn`t target the mini at all, it`s like I was there and the boss could damage me but all I could do is lay downs AOE`s but they did no damage.0
