If you delete a character or change its name, does its name still show up in achievements?

If you delete a character does its name still show up on its earned achievements?
What if you rename your character? Do the achievements earned by that character have the old name or new name?

✭✭✭✭If you delete a character its name will not show up on its earned achievements. Those achievements will have no character name associated with them.

✭✭✭It's earned achievements? It was deleted. I know there is a lot of account wide stuff, but I have not seen anything that shows a record of which character actually completed the initial achievement.
This is probably because they don't want deleting a character to affect the account wide achievements. Account wide are exactly what they say they are. Account wide. Doesn't matter which character got the initial achievement. Every character has them from creation on.
In fact, I know from experience you can delete literally All the characters, and when you start a brand new one, that character will have all the account wide achievements as soon as it starts the game.

you could have restarted achievements, but only if you deleted all of the character before the first time logging in after the account wide achievement update (i think it was u33 for that)
for me personally account wide achievements has been great, it was especially helpful in working down those 30 bastion nymic runs lolplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
