Would a separate Mythic for HA builds be nice to have?

During the PTS cycle for U38 this thought had already crossed my mind, but I'd forgotten all about it. Due to some posts on the forum about the upcoming Tri-Focus change it came to mind again though. Would a Mythic that specifically buffed Heavy Attack builds be a nice addition to the game?

It could for example grant permanent Empower, reduce Light Attack damage to 1 and then do something to buff Heavy Attacks. It could for example increase the damage of Heavy Attacks by a fixed amount/ a percentage, or do something more interesting than that like adding a cool effect to every third Heavy Attack.

I suppose it would be nice for players that prefer playing with two bars but like Heavy Attack builds, and as I envision the Mythic it should give two bar HA builds an edge over the current one bar Oakensoul HA builds (while still dealing less damage than meta two bar builds).

Yes! Yes! Yes! I've been advocating for this. Maybe even split empower into major and minor empower and put both on a new mythic and give Oakensoul minor empower. It's not right that a 2-bar HA build does less damage than a 1-bar HA build. More effort for less gain.

No, heavy attacks need a rework entirely to make non lightning staff heavies viable in the first place. Once that is taken care of then we can talk about a heavy attack mythic.

I'm not great at coming up with ideas, so I haven't thought of anything cool.

It could simply be a boring stat increase, like "it increases the damage of your Heavy Attacks by 2500". Or every third Heavy Attack could deal X Shock damage in a 7 meter radius and apply a debuff to all enemies it hits. Or something in between: "When you deal damage with a Heavy Attack, you gain a stack of ??? for 6 seconds. Each stack increases your damage with Heavy Attacks by 500, up to 5 times. Completing a fully charged Heavy Attack after reaching 5 stacks consumes ??? and causes your Heavy Attacks to deal X Shock Damage in a 7 meter radius for 10 seconds".

Belharza's band is a mythic that changes the light attacker experience. I think a heavy attack mythic should be balanced against it.

    Belharzas band:

    -Boosts light attack damage
-triggers a proc after 5 consecutive light attacks. This is a condition that rewards using light attacks in a suboptimal/bad way.

I think the potential HA mythic should

-Boost heavy attack damage, and grant empower since empower is needed for it to compete with oakensoul.
-trigger a proc after performing a full heavy attack at full resources, and have that cost resources. A suboptimal/bad way to use a full heavy attack that changes the heavy attacker experience.

Belharza's band is in dire need of a rework, theres a reason nobody uses. the need for 5 CONSECUTIVE light attacks completely ruins any use of it. the proc you get for it is really really bad too. I tried to use it, just for kicks, on a werewolf build with the Bloodmoon set. it was really really bad.
