iceheart is more of a defensive monster set because of the shield, the dmg is OK, but you have to keep the shield up after it procs and of course keep enemies in melee range

nunatak is i would say a utility monster set, its dmg is fairly low, but provides good debuffs (hefty snare coupled with major brittle

in terms of ease of use, both can proc relatively easy

for pvp purposes: nunatak will probably be better, due to battle spirit halving the shield from iceheart (less shield = less potential dmg as the shield can break easier), the major brittle is probably also more useful in pvp since its too easy to hit the hard cap for crit dmg in pve

for pve iceheart provides great survivability and decent dmg, nunatak in pve does very little dmg and low uptime of the primary debuff, major brittle, along with that debuff not necessarily being too useful due to the crit dmg cap
