Ye olde bugge...
Went to Craglorn, made the quest, didn't get any tickets. It's getting boring, ZOS. Really boring.

    I got mine, did you do the daily quest too? That's what gives you the ticket.

    That's not the ticket-giving quest. Talk to the lady with the blue triangle over her head. She's about 5 feet away from the dude you did the intro quest for. That is the daily ticket quest giver and you'll have to go up a level, spend 10k at a guild trader, or dig up an antiquity as her daily. Turn in for tickets.

    That's just the first quest, there is another that opens up once that one is completed, so many people around it's hard to see the marker, it is the second one that gives the tickets.

    I know. The reason I said it's handy is that dolmen chests are shared, i.e. I won't be prevented from opening it because another player gets there first. The only prerequisite for dolmen chests is to do a little bit of damage before the dolmen is cleared.

    Thieves troves also count as "chests" for that quest :)

    Any chest works for the daily quest as well as a chest from treasure map.

    So that's how I completed the quest without realizing-- by opening a Tel Var chest in the Imperial City. The quest description made it sound like it needed to be a chest that was dug up from a treasure map.

    I have noticed since several past events that the game eat the tickets. Just two days ago I had 7/12. Turned the quest and it got stuck at 7/12 event it showed 3/3 tickets gained. Sadly, did not get screenshots. Now I try to remember to capture screens before, during and after quest finalization in case it happens again. I have experienced this problem about 5 times during the past 4 events.
