My group was about to win a relic match when I the game booted me from the group! I was pvp tanking guarding our relic when the game booted me for being idle! AND WE ALMOST WON!

✭I've had that happen to me too.Something similar happened to me in League of Legends when I was hiding in a bush waiting to gank an enemy player while guarding the turret. I got booted from the game for afk when I was sitting there for only like a minute.
To avoid the "kicked from game due to afk" is to either run around in small circles and/or jump twice every 10 seconds. It works in many games including ESO.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭If you were kicked that means you were literally doing nothing. Not buffing, not moving, not providing heals for your team. That is called a useless build.4
