20 minute login queue and then Error 108

For a few days the login in abysmal again. 15 to 30 minutes login queue and then you get an error message:
I don't need links to FAQ. I read them all already. It is pretty clear that there is a service degradation on your side which needs to be fixed. I suspect that this has to do with the „ESO Plus Free Trial“ and you should have upgraded the server to handle more users before starting a free trial.

Honestly, we deserve some compensation for this disaster. It's unacceptable that you let your longtime customer suffer for this failure of a marketing ploy. As I said I consider 10000 crowns or 10 crates appropriate.Edited by Atlan_daGonozal on July 30, 2023 5:50PM0 -
