20 minute login queue and then Error 108

For a few days the login in abysmal again. 15 to 30 minutes login queue and then you get an error message:

I don't need links to FAQ. I read them all already. It is pretty clear that there is a service degradation on your side which needs to be fixed. I suspect that this has to do with the „ESO Plus Free Trial“ and you should have upgraded the server to handle more users before starting a free trial.

It's more likely the influx of free epic players.

Honestly, we deserve some compensation for this disaster. It's unacceptable that you let your longtime customer suffer for this failure of a marketing ploy. As I said I consider 10000 crowns or 10 crates appropriate.

We are aware of the login and queue issues that affected the PC NA and EU megaservers over the weekend. The problem has been identified and servers were restarted. With so many threads discussing these issues, we have decided to close this discussion. You can find further updates and continue posting in the thread linked below.
