I don't know how to get event tickets

Edit: I am a moron! I have had it in my quest log all weekend and didn't realise it, I was looking for some marker on the map to do a quest but its not that kind of quest.

I have been extremely confused about this event all weekend, I did the intro quest for the event and then... nothing. There haven't been any other quest markers I have talked to the event NPC multiple times but they don't give me another quest.

How do I get this mythical "Honest toil" quest?

I have lost out on so many event tickets because I can't work it out.

I do it in Vvardenfell, but I think the questgiver is anywhere the Impresario can be found, so places like Vulkhel Guard, Davon's Watch, Daggerfall, Rimmen, etc.

Near the Impresario should be a portal to Belkarth, but you don't need to take the portal. And near the portal should be the event daily questgiver with a blue quest marker. Talk to her, then either ask her to pray to Zenithar for you, or just pray at the nearby altar yourself; it will have a white quest marker after you've spoken with the questgiver.

When you've completed one of the three tasks, return to her to turn in the quest, get a golden event coffer, and your tickets.

1. Turn on NamePlates in game settings this will help you to locate the quest-giver
2. Take a portal to Belkarth (near Impresario) or use wayshrine (you have it unlocked as you did the holiday quest)
3. Locate Fasaria NPC near a Zenithar statue - she has the azure daily quest marker above her

4. Get quest. Pray to the statue. The easiest way to complete it is to find and open a treasure chest
(HarvestMap addon on PC or MapPins has the chests locations marked on a map/minimap)
Return to Fasaria, turn the quest in and get you tickets

One hint was that dolmen chests also count for this who is nice if you don't have any maps on the character.
I think all the chests who spawn works.

Following is a list of locations where you can find Fasaria, the Zenithar Priest who is the event's daily questgiver:

- Outside Vulkhel Guard, Auridon, near the Impresario's tent, in front of the ledge.
- Outside Daggerfall, Glenumbra, near the Impresario's tent, by the bridge.
- Outside Davon's Watch, Stonefalls, near the Impresario's tent, beside the road into town.
- Outside Belkarth, Craglorn, near the Impresario's tent, beside the statue of Zenithar.
- Outside Vivec City, Vvardenfell, near the Impresario's tent, beside the road into town.
- Outside Alinor, Summerset, near the Impresario's tent, on the ledge overlooking the road.
- Outside Rimmen, Northern Elsweyr, near the Impresario's tent, on the hill overlooking the road.
- Outside Solitude, Western Skyrim, near the Impresario's tent, beside the cart by the road.
- Outside Leyawiin, Blackwood, near the Impresario's tent, by the wall near the eastern city gate.
- Outside Gonfalon Bay, High Isle, near the Impresario's tent, beside the tree on the roadside.

There is an Impresario's tent outside Necrom, Telvanni Peninsula, but I can't see Fasaria anywhere, just a portal to Belkarth.
