The issues related to logging in to the European PC/Mac megaserver have been resolved at this time. If you continue to experience difficulties at login, please restart your client. Thank you for your patience!
If you own the game you should have access to the game, simple as that.
Giving ESO+ members priority isn't a solution. ZOS shouldn't be double dipping and recieving even more money from those who want faster access when they clearly need to be investing in a better infrastructure that can actually support the game.
Also, If you don't like the service (or lack thereof) you are paying £80 a year for, you should stop paying. Things only change when you vote with your wallet. (Something I encourage everyone to at least consider)
I just cancelled my ESO Plus subscription. I have been a subscriber for many years. I decided to send a message with my wallet. That is they only type of message that companies like this understand. Wait times over an hour and terrible server latency are unacceptible. It does not matter that the content and game are great if you can't play it.
The login queue problem is affecting all types of players (but maybe not all players at the same time). A lot of people seem determined to believe it only affects some group they're part of and some other group are getting in with no problem but there's been no consistent reports of people who can/can't get in.
Personally I suspect it's server and/or connection problems rather than the sheer number of people logging in, but I could be wrong about that. Either way there don't seem to be any groups of players who are guarenteed to be able to log in without problems.
