ESO+ Queue priority isn't a solution

If you paid for the game you should have access to the game, simple as that.

ZOS shouldn't be double dipping and recieving even more money from those who want faster access when they clearly need to be investing in a better infrastructure that can actually support the game.

Where did you find information about queue priority?

There was an idea of it a while back.

Not sure if it was ever implemented.

But since everyone is ESO+ now, no one is.

The game clearly differentiates between ESO+ and ESO+ Trial, because the trial accounts cannot get the monthly freebie...so yes they could give priority to paying customers.

Not only the continuous disservice but we should take in account everyone else received a free week of eso+ while we eso+ subscribers had to pay for it.

If you give something for free give it to everyone and if you cause a disservice refound the people paying for time.

I have to watit 20min or 1,30 h because zenimax decided to give the game for free.
As a client paying for time i ask for compensation.

    ESO+ trial has never caused these sorts of Q's that I remember...so I don't think it's that.

Just pointing out that since the game was free on epic last week, and now there's an eso+ free trial - there's a lot of people playing currently, for free.

I don't think prioritising paying people from free players in a queue is a good idea. But I am giving up playing, and finding greener pastures because of this (and the many other things, that get to me). So obviously the queue problem needs to be solved fast for new people to want to stay, and for paying costumers not to leave over this new issue, everybody looses when it's like this.

(Note: I am a paying costumer since the beginning, though with breaks because I sometimes can't deal with the downsides of ESO).
