Is the second drop of the Underweave Velothi lead bugged?

I got my first drop after around 30 boss kills. Not enjoyable, but at least it dropped. Trying to get the second drop of said lead I have killed almost 80 bosses (I counted). No drop so far. Has the lead dropped a second time for anyone else?

spoqster✭✭✭✭✭@ZOS_Hadeostry thanks! As you're already on it, do you have internal data of this mythic lead dropping a second time? I noticed a fix in recent patch notes for another antiquity where a subsequent drop of the same lead wouldn't occur. So maybe this suffers from the same issue.0
