[REQUEST] get us 3 character slots per class

With the introduction of the arcanist we got the character cap at 20 but it should be at 21 as we now have seven classes. while we had 6 classes we had 18 slots which was good. Please add a character slot.

    if you want to play pvp with 21 characters i guess that's understandable but one character for each role isn't a good reason anymore with the armory station making it possible for one character to have at least 2 builds with a maximum of 10.
