More green glowy bits please

I've not been playing ESO long, but I have recently found out about blue glowy bits [ Worm Cult Set] and red glowy bits [ Ebon Armor Set], but I am missing the Green Glowy Bits.
Personally I need more green glowy bits floating around my Arcanist. What with Runes and Health effects and several non-combat pets with green glow to choose from and what not there are not enough green glowy things floating around my Arcanist. [ Only partially joking here.]
Did I miss the armor set that drops from a mid level dungeon in the new Necrom expansion that has three green glowing orbs floating around? And it buffs what? Movement speed and stamina? Something from the Green "Crafting" champion tree no doubt.
We need this? Right? If we don't already have it? How did they release Necrom without this necessary feature? Or did I miss it?

Windy_Player✭✭✭Well, I just got a full set of "Hircine's Veneer Set" and it's 3 green glowing orbs just like the Worm's Cult set [ Blue ] and Ebon Armor set [Red]. I've not had a chance to mix the colors with green yet, but you can mix RED and BLUE with no problem and when you first log in, the orbs mix their colors. Any switch of weapons - if your sets depends on weapons - throws off the sync, so you get 6 orbs rather than just 3.
Sorry to the folks that don't like green. I agreen that there is a lot of it with the Arcanist and Necrom expansion. But I can have the other colors too.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
