PLEASE respond development/maintenance team.

Once again, maintenance occurs and coincides with Cyrodiil becoming unplayable. Whilst people will log tickets, create forum posts and quit in their droves all we get is silence. Nobody official is around to see the state of PvP servers and I feel, like many others, that we're just completely ignored and treated with a really unprofessional amount of contempt.

Please can you check on our servers and help us to enjoy the game we love playing, have poured our hearts, time, sweat and cash into. All we ask is someone monitor this and communicate to us if there is a problem and if their is a timeline for a fix.

We just had a total of 7 bars in Grayhost and everything fell apart spectaculary. The game is unplayable again after a few weeks respite and it's just hugely disappointing. What has happened?!

ZoS PLEASE can you review the Xbox EU server and communicate back to us what the problem is and if there is a fix coming, as it's currently exceptionally bad.

Fellow Xbox EUers please respond, be constructive, provide evidence if you can and do not stop beating the drum until we get an acceptable response.

Just gunna bump this because I checked the Cyrodiil situation again, 0 bars (because of the dev neglect) and I can't cast skills without having to press 5 times, looks like my opponents had the same issue, in addition to there being some rubber banding/teleportation.

ZoS just gunna ignore it and let the server die off?

True but after spending so much time and some money (not as much as others) on the game and then it dying not because of population but because of non-existent maintenance. Now the only option is to not play the game or start all over on the NA server, where you'd have to invest all the money and thousands of hours again just to get to where you were before.

I'm going to start a poll or question thread around having the ability to transfer your account across the servers because at this point they've given up on the one I invested all of my time and money into.

i dont think xbox eu has had the server upgrade yet if i recall, probably why the performance is so bad still

It's not about it being bad 'still'. It was bad prior to the first mym event but during that it became quite literally unplayable, like something had broken. Most of us at this point would happily never have an upgrade if we could just gave the prior laggy gameplay back as at least it was playable at times. However now it is just unplayable, hence the severely declining numbers in Cyrodiil on EU.
