Given that so many of the new Endeavors being tried out on PTS* right now are group-/guild-focused, this is a really bad look for the future in ESO. I hope people speak up to ZOS about this.In addition, you can earn Zenithar’s Delightful Parcel boxes by participating in the following activities:
Completing the introductory quest “The Unrefusable Offer”
Completing any Master Writ, per discipline, per account, each day
Subsequent Master Writs of the same discipline won’t provide further boxes until the daily reset
First daily Crafting Writ, per account, completed each day
Each time you defeat a world boss while grouped with a player who is in at least one of your player guilds
Each time you complete a world event while grouped with a player who is in at least one of your player guilds
You also have a chance to earn a Zenithar’s Delightful Parcel box when conquering each round of a group-based arena challenge while teamed up with a player who is a member of at least one of your guilds.

It's an MMO. ZOS wants to encourage us to group up, but no one is being "forced" to. If you don't want to group up to get those boxes, you have plenty of other options.1 -

If you want to maximize your drops, then yeah, you do actually have to group up--and not even just group up with the best friend you play with or a random, but group with a guildmate specifically. I'm not interested in getting all the available parcels, and I'm in guilds with people I've played with regularly for years, so you could say this wouldn't affect me if I were trying to get all the parcels. But I still agree with the many players who loved Zeal last year and are angry, disappointed, or both, about this change. <--(I got my thoughts mixed up, what with taking part in eight different ESO forum tabs at the same time today--I had a different activity in mind that wasn't Zeal when I was writing that up that's more PTS-related, so ignore the "this is new" bit! Thanks to those who pointed it out.

✭✭IIRC, we had to group up with guildmates for that same stuff last year as well. That's not really new or different for this event.
What is new and different is nerfing the amount of master writs that give loot boxes daily and that there's a ton of daily endeavors on PTS that now force grouping.
