Research Portfolios extremely reduced content

For the last three days, I've been doing my regular farming run on two characters through Necrom Underways and the crafting areas to gather Research Portfolios.
Until last Tuesday, I was getting a nice amount of furnishing plans, maps and surveys.

Suddenly, if I open 10 Portfolios, I'll be lucky to get *one* plan, and maybe one map and/or survey. The rest is all trash, which I end up not being able to sell, since I run into my selling limit at the fence really quickly.

Is this intentional or a bug? Please bring back the bounty of plans and maps. For the first time in years I've been able to gather missing plans again!

I also think they kinda nerfed droprate of these things, was getting 25 week ago per whole run, now at best 10..

I've never got anything worth crowing about from these. Was pretty excited at first, but add it to the growing pile of *** hum things.

the folios have been extremely rare for me for non-stolen sources, i do 1 loop in the town of necrom and i can on avg get like 10

generally speaking ive never really had anything good drop from the folios, mostly vendor trash, but i did find several blueprints while searching for stolen folios lol

And 2 weeks ago, when I did whole city run I was averaging 18-20 folios on each alt. They shadow nerfed droprate without putting it in patch notes.
