New Weapon Skill Lines That Don't Need New Weapon Art

ZOS, I know you guys must have considered implementing new weapon skills that don't utilize new weapon art, because they're just too obvious to ignore. New classes are great - people seem to love the Arcanist, but I feel like a lot of people could get more mileage out of new weapon styles because they could apply them to all of their characters. New styles would open up whole new ways for players to express themselves. Surely we could implement things like:

One-Handed & Magic (using an open-hand or some kind of standard focus like a book or an orb)
Open Hands (with magically-enhanced attacks, akin to a monk)
Martial Unarmed (brawling or martial arts, or both!)
Spears (using staves, many staves already look like spears anyway)
Martial Staff (using staves)
Throwing Daggers (using Daggers)

I understand that styles which DO use new art are out of the question. That makes perfect sense to me. But throw us a bone ZOS, can we pretty please get some new styles using the art that we already have?

To be clear, when I say "Styles" here, I am referring to skill lines.

I would like to see more staff types added to the game. like that red attack type element or the necromancer staff types.

I want a pugilism/martial arts skill line and if they wanted to be a bit lazy they could just copy all heavy gloves for gauntlets. They can do something similar with spears, just take a staff and replace the head with a sword blade and maybe an axe blade on the side to make a halberd. Again, it's kinda lazy but it'd work.

My idea is to avoid doing any work at all. You need to consider that if you ask for any change at all to a model in order to make it something new (like adjusting a staff to make it a spear), no matter how small, means they're going to have to do it for everything, which means it simply will not happen. So just use the staves as they are. Many of them look like spears already anyway.

And frankly, it doesn't have to be a Spear style. Just call it Pole Weapon or Martial Staff.
