Khrogo✭✭✭The PC EU server is a mess. Between the disconnections and the recent 1-second login queues, one has to wonder how the servers were actually upgraded. And yes, I am currently in a five-minute queue.4

I think the servers are just very busy with all of the new players from the free copy of ESO from Epic, plus existing players who are leveling up new Arcanist characters for the free goodies.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!6 -

✭✭✭PC-EU has been very busy ingame since the Epic free give away started.
Two of my guilds have been inundated with applications from new players, I added another account and Balefire Island was almost crowded!
I have seen short login queues everyday but they have been short thankfully.
Plus here in the UK our kids have just started their Summer Holidays......
Free game + bored kids = Busy server! 😀When people say to me........

✭✭✭✭✭I had a 5 minutes queue earlier, and there have been a lot more players evident in game lately. Is it anything to do with the free offer with whatever Epic is? I'd never heard of it until I started seeing posters mentioning it in relation to ESO being free for a week.0 -

After coming back my group has completed random dungeon and I came back to game game with a dead character without completed dungeon.
Perhaps the hardware changes done in march were reverted.0 -

Time reduction on queue screen was fairly consistent until it dipped below 2mins, then it went up a few secs and down again several times. When people say to me........

queues are not acceptable. there should be adequate provision for services we are paying for.

LouisaB75✭✭✭✭It was okay earlier for me. I logged in fine about 1pm UK time and switched characters some time around 4pm with no trouble.
I logged off to get something to eat an hour ago and came back to this. Got down to 1 minute which was stuck there for at least 10 before I left the queue to try again in case it was a temporary glitch. Now stuck in the queue again and checking here to see if it was just me or yet another weekend PC EU shambles. I see it is the latter.Edited by LouisaB75 on July 23, 2023 5:00PM1 -

✭✭✭Yes, approximately 8 minutes and it counts down. I do something else while I wait and approximately 8 minutes later the character screen appears. (PCEU)
I guess it's related to eso being free on Epic, I don't know.
