What can be classed as OP?
"Anything that is player-controlled can be seen as OP if it’s too good in the current version of a game. Characters, weapons, and skills are the most common suspects for being labeled as OP if they’re noticeably better than the other options in their category."
This, in my opinion, has happened to master dual wield weapons when you use rending slashes or blood craze, the dmg is too much and you see it everywhere now, its too good not to use.

This is true. Hopefully will get a mild reduction in power in one of the balance patches.

Janni✭✭✭✭It can still be useful if rending slashes is pretty much your only significant source of damage but it's a really big sacrifice if you want to use anything else. Not to mention it was already significantly nerfed in Update 37. Arguably it took the biggest hit out of any proc-damage set in the game during that patch since it's dot damage now only applies every 2 seconds but with the same value as before. You can't even alternate it like you used to be able to if you want the dot portion. You have to wait at least 3 seconds before recasting or you loose that damage tick entirely.
Honestly, I'm not seeing it. I used to run the set a lot but I've found better alternatives when running different strats. My personal favorite now is vicious death or order's wrath daggers. Though it doesn't stop the angry whispers about how I somehow crutch on a set I don't even use
