Are Sorcs Twilight Matriarch's in our face more in third person?

Yeah yeah I know they are in everyone's face and we deserve it lol. That being said I've noticed lately that in third person they are more in my face and take up more of the screen. It's even more annoying than before. Seems like the wing flaps are right in front of me now when standing still somewhere. Moving about it's the same as always.

Anyone else noticing this?

I haven't yet? They seem like they eat up the same amount of screen space as before and I play in 3rd p almost always.
Wouldn't surprise me tho, there have been other bits of oddness I've noticed since last update.

no it's definitely worse in first person.
you can zoom out in third person.

I mean... oddly enough, yeah. I don't know if maybe the game is trying to keep me from annoying others by reining in my henchies closer to me or if it's in my head (likely the latter), but I'm spending more time than I'd like trying to maneuver the flappy bird out of my field of view. It seems to enjoy flying RIGHT IN FRONT of the camera and blocking an inordinate amount of the screen. Makes me wish the thing was transparent / a ghost. Then at least it wouldn't obfuscate so much of my view.

Oh well. I like my sorcerer alt. I guess 1/6th of my screen being low-rez purple textures flapping in my face is the price I pay for the great burst heal.

Dunno about 1st person but only use 3rd person view and zoom out as much as possible and its not that bad. Flappy gets bit more annoying in cramped interiors like twisting dungeon corridors where one can't zoom far. My current build uses Tormentor, does Matriarch behave differently?
I almost exclusively use Lord Vivec's Vault bank which is outdoors and has two separate bankers. Takes some edge out of crowd with flappies flapping and big butted bears standing on counter.

Exactly this, that's what got me to noticing it. I spend time moving around to get it out of my face when doing odd jobs like banks etc. I've never had to do that before except very rarely.

Yeah, if that's a change, it's definitely a well deserved one, as there is absolutely no reason to have this bird around while banking. Almost a QoL improvement for the rest of us.
