How do I scroll down recipes?

Since patch there is that terrible option to filet fish that comes up first and I have to cancel it. Then I try to use cooking menu and there is no way to scroll down. After 10 years here I have almost every recipe. The list for the first category is so long I can't get to next category heading.

How do I get to the recipes further down the line? I feel it's something obvious I'm just missing.

EDIT I figured it out, it was something very obvious like looking for a side scroll bar when I just had to use my wheel.

Glad you figured it out because I was here looking for the same thing. Unfortunately, I am on a laptop and have no mouse wheel to scroll down and rely on the side bar. This is going to be a real pain.
