Antiquity dig site in path of Herald Seeker in Telvanni Peninsula

When I scryed for the Vintage Necrom Votive antiquity in Telvanni Peninsula, I found it in the path of a Herald Seeker. Below is a screenshot of my character's death showing the location of the dig site and the Seeker. I was eventually able to defeat the Seeker and then dig up the antiquity, but the dig site should probably be moved.
