Wayshrines and Maps are Inconsistent when trying to find Quests

Using Wayshrines and Maps is inconsistent and buggy when trying to use Map to find Quests.

Here's an example trying to find a quest in Blackwood going from Blackwood to Gideon. The destination of the quest is not shown on the Wayshrine. Using Journal / Show On Map sometimes shows the destination after the wayshrine is used. I'm not clear why the destination for the active quest is not always highlighted on the Wayshrine map when it is used. Anything else seems like a bug. It seems like a waste of time and effort to use Journal / Show On Map followed by using the Wayshrine to show the same map to sometimes, but not always, see the final destination of the quest.

even better when the "show on map" thing sticks you inside some ramdom delve map, and zooming the map back out just takes you back to the full zone view without actually showing you where the thing is. Very irritating.
