Skill Points reset on some characters

Noticed that a couple of my characters have had some skill points missing. In particular, I have one that all the duel wield skills have to be not only added but also releveled. This is my main DD for trials and now she is back to the beginning. Anyone else have the same issue?

✭✭✭✭✭I had something similar a few years ago where Werewolf on one of my characters reset back to rank 1 base while everything else in the skill line maxed out and fully morphed. It was weird I had to redo leveling werewolf and pack leader back to rank 4.0
