Need help - Where to farm Potency 6 runes?

I just hit VR1 and want to make glyphs for my stuff and my guildies but I can not find the potency 6 runes when I am out scavenging. Can someone please share their knowledge with me on this? I've heard they are hard to come by but this is freaking redonkulous.

In veteran 1 area. I find them there, also found some im coldhabour but more scarse there.

Rera does not exist. Its only a myth. They put it in the game just to tease you.

But seriously....its super hard to find.
