The range is short, it has a slow missile velocity, a third of the time it doesn't bother casting with the need to repeatedly click it; however, it is stupidly hilarious watching mobs frozen in a pose the moment it hits them. It has no target limit and I'm having too much fun freezing mobs in the dumbest poses, even caught a clannfear leaping in midair freezing it in place above the ground.
