What are Arcanist's stamina morph costs?

It only shows you the mag cost tooltip but says it's the "highest of max resource "

but stam costs are reduced for everything

Just trying to choose between the two but can't find any info

With my level 43 Bosmer

Cephaliarch's Flail: 2334
Pragmatic Fatecarver: 329/0.3s
Escalating Runeblades: 1974
Evolving Runemend: 3355

Also have 2812 stamina recovery, I have never run out of stamina. I'll check back at 50, I don't have chakram shields maxed out yet to see its cost.

What reduction passives in medium armor do you have? Any vamp cost increase?

At level 50, 7 Medium.

Cephaliarch's Flail: 2117
Pragmatic Fatecarver: 299/0.3s
Escalating Runeblades: 1790
Evolving Runemend: 3043

I don't know why the costs went down, I didn't get any additional cost reduction effects, Medium armor was already maxed before level 40. Stamina recovery dropped like a rock to 1436 and this is with Werewolf so I lost more than half between leveling and max level. Gear is roughly the same except I'm no longer using Training traits. Stamina sustain really isn't an issue, it's everything that cost magicka that is a major hog.

Edit: Oh wait, I know why I lost Stamina recovery, I was using epic recovery jewelry enchants leveling, now I switched to bloodthirsty with weapon damage.
