How to test specific Luxury Furniture on PTS?

How can you test Luxury Vendor items on the PTS?
Right now the PTS is a copy of the EU server and I'm an NA player, so I don't have my own stuff. For example, I want to check how the Alinor Greenhouse might work in certain spaces. I could use or build furnishings roughly the same size, but the real thing would be best.
Or - finding a player who happens to have it and is willing to trade on PTS. Is that the only way?
EDIT:
Kind of separate but related: we also can't test achievement items on a maxxed PTS character? I know you can get one of each item from the containers you get for testing. But can't try multiple of that item, or obtain the achievement via a scroll or something, to buy it from the vendor?

1. During week one of a copy across, go to the guild traders and buy as many as you need before it resets (as people don't put bids on PTS).

The first one is interesting if someone plays on both servers and has upwards of 100k gold on the secondary. Otherwise basically impossible. That's too bad, I wish they would expand testing possibilities on PTS.0 -

On the PTS, sure. But I mean that to get it on EU-copy PTS, you'd have to buy it on EU Live. So you'd have to get at least 100k gold on the Live server, and then wait again for the server copy. Not a viable option (for me, to test something fast, as I don't play on EU at all).0
