So i came back and while trying to figure what to play i kinda did first 20 30 levels 4-6 times + thieves guild dlc /dark brotherhood.

So i was wondering moving forward is it best to go in order like morrowind ---> rest.
Or can i go through necrom first then come back to morrowind ---> rest ?

I only ask this because i'm kinda playing an arcanist and necrom does hit close to home :D

Necrom can be a bit unforgiving, with the stronger world bosses and the wandering seekers you could easily run into (or get drawn into while standing at a wayshrine APPARENTLY). Obviously any content can be done by any level player, but it feels like Necrom was pushing a bit into the "harder overland" some people had been demanding. The Vvardenfell area is a pretty good place to start. Very large, lot to do and see. No risk of running into anything too overpowered for your skill level.

i meant a bit more about story progression as being strong or weak wasnt yet a problem so far, but thanks none the less for advice.

I had another doubt : first quest in necrom makes u sign the contract, but also doing prologue you sign the contract, if i were to do them in the right order. Would the prologue make me skip "first quest" contract ? Or its 2 anyway for everyone ?

Prologues are meant to be done before the main quest, plot elements carry over. If you'd done it first they'd have remembered you. As for story, Necrom seems totally disconnected from other plots so all you're missing is a few returning characters. There's some dialogue where they recognize you and you can ask about how they've been, but nothing that will get in the way of you understanding what's going on. The Morrowind chapter did have some Telvanni quests as well though, if you wanted some experience with them first.
The only ones that should be done in order are Clockwork after Morrowind, Summerset after Clockwork. The rest of the "year-long" series have epilogue quests that can only be done after completing both halves, so there's no set order to do those.

I did the prologue quest and didn't have to re-sign a contract, but the characters referenced it. The Necrom storyline is isolated from other questlines, but some of the sidequests have returning characters.

If you like Necrom, another really good 1-off storyline is Murkmire! And Orsinium. These are two popular favorites, and a lot of people are adding Necrom to this list.

Quick miniguide to connected storylines (all have prologues):
Morrowind -> Clockwork City -> Summerset(in that order)

    Northern & Southern Elsweyr

    Western Skyrim & The Reach

    Blackwood & Fargrave/Deadlands

    High Isle & Galen

The paired zones also have 2-4 dungeons that tell a bit more of their story—usually like how a quest character got a key, or discovered crucial information. They're insightful but missable.

You can try and do *everything* "in order", but IMO it's intimidating. I did most of these zones and I still haven't finished the basegame quests lol. They're written to jump in anywhere. Just have fun!

From a practical viewpoint, you really need to start in one of the three Alliance starter zones, which have more resource nodes, quests that drop training trait gear and generally are constructed to teach you how to play the game. The more recent tutorials teach the controls, and combat mechanisms, better than before, which is why you do those rather than the original, before choosing where you start adventuring.

If you like following a story, then there are several to choose from. Each Alliance has one, CWC to Summerset is a long one, Vvardenfell, Elsweyr … The stories don’t need to be done in a specific order, but there may be issues with the recurring characters, whichever sequence you pick.
