Add Tales of Tribute to base game

This suggestion is from @moonto, who is on the Chinese mainland and cannot access these forums.
ToT should be considered a basic part of game play, not needing a DLC to play it. Please add ToT to the base game. If necessary, restrict access to the new decks (Druid and Almalexia) based on DLC purchases.
I fully agree with this idea as our numbers are dwindling.

✭✭✭✭✭The only problem I see is that the ToT tutorial quest, story quests, and daily quests are all based out of Gonfalon Bay in High Isle, so players who don't have the High Isle expansion might be able to play against the NPCs in the other zones, but without being able to do the tutorial first they might be at a distinct disadvantage.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -

Exactly this. I mean those NPCs are traveling through the zones for the questline anyway, so it‘s really not difficult to just place them in every major tavern. Everybody would benefit by ToT becoming a base game addition. In the last 24 hours I played 10-15 matches, but only faced about 4 different opponents.PS5EUAldmeri Dominion- Khajiit Arcanist -0
