How do you combine rubyblossom with colovian war torte

So I have both, and I’ve googled and googled. All it’s telling me is that YOU HAVE TO HAVE BOTH INGREDIENTS but not how to combine them.
Where do I have to go to combine them? Do I have to learn the recipe first then combine then use ruby to make a new recipe. I am at a total loss here

✭✭You need the recipe first yes, you cant just combine the ingredients. You need the dissertation and colovian war torte recipe to combine

✭✭✭Be sure you know how to construct the recipes and how much it's gonna cost ya to do it before you proceed further. You'll be shocked how much gold that second stage recipe will cost ya! (was 8 million gold last time I checked, and that was about a year ago, so it's almost surely gone up in price from there)1 -
