I rebuilt my PC and now I can't log on

I reinstalled the game after rebuilding my PC and it is saying it is sending a code to my email and I am not getting them. When I log in to Bethesda and look at my account the email is right and the password was changed so that isn't a issue but I am not getting the code to make the pc a trusted device. What can I do? I created a ticket and didn't get a email confirming it.

I did everything there and nothing worked, that is why I started this.

If you still haven't received your access code email after trying the steps above, you should contact customer support using the account recovery page. After making your selections and reaching the form, let us know that you are having issues with your one-time access code in the "Tell us more about your issue" section of the form.
