you can see all the title in the achievement window by going down each category, any with a chest symbol can be expanded to see the title. off the top of my head i know of:

-pact hero, dominion hero and covenant hero (completing enough quests in each faction zone)

-Tamriel hero ( getting all titles above plus all quests in cyrodiil

-monster hunter (killing many mobs of different types)

-explorer (discover all delves i think)

-savior of Nirn (close all dark anchor i think)

-Deadra hunter or slayer or something (killing all special deadra that spawn at dark anchors)

-tons of pvp titles for ranks

-master angler i think its called ( for all fishing achievements)
