Almalexia Delve Fragment not dropping

All other fragments dropped quite quickly but this one refuses to drop. I am farming delve bosses in Telvanni peninsula but nada.
Is this normal? Anyone else having difficulty with one or this fragment?

i had no issues with any of the almalexia fragments, got pretty much all of them in the first try lol

i actually had all of the non-quest fragments before i even got around to doing the quest that gives you the 5th fragment lol

I had a boss related fragment drop from a non-boss npc during a certain portion of the quest with Naryu. When you investigate a certain location there is an encounter with a named npc enemy that engages you in combat. He drops a fragment every time. If you already have this fragment then I wouldn't know what else instead might drop. Try this if you already haven't done this quest. Naryu quest giver is an npc at Ald Isra wayshrine. You dont even have to play through it entirely if you wish, it'll be on him to loot. Should note I play on Xbox. Don't know if this makes any difference. All other fragments dropped on first try.

i got it at the fifth or sixth delve i did.
so not getting it immediately is normal.

I got the Herald's Seeker one on my third or fourth seeker and the delve one on my first delve.

Still need the one for doing the zone story quest, the public dungeon bosses, and the world bosses. Done around six or seven world bosses so far and no joy.
