Crown delivery options for ESO Plus?

I currently have a one-month ESO Plus subscription. I'm planning to switch to an annual subscription when my current one runs out. Is there any way I can get an annual subscription but have the crowns delivered monthly? Or are crowns always delivered in bulk when my subscription renews? I'd much prefer to get a small delivery of crowns each month, but it's more cost-effective to switch to an annual subscription.
