Map Won't Zoom In on Hi Res

Hello frens -
Last year or so I got a hi res monitor and have been playing ESO in hi res. Ever since, I can't zoom the map in very far. I know how to fix interface, etc, and I don't mind the small cursor at all, but why won't the map zoom? Like if I want to go to High Isle, everything is crammed so hard into it I just click on the mess of stuff and pick something from the dropdown. On low res, I can zoom all the way in and click on some empty space to view the High Isle map. Is this just something you have to deal with in hi res or am I doing a dumb and have missed something easy? Thanks!

✭✭✭✭✭High Isle is definitely "covered" on my 4k screens. For that I just use the name index on the right side of the map itself (well, I mostly use the name index anyway - it's easier for me to find a zone in the alphabetic list than messing with the map).______________________________________________________

votan73✭✭✭The max zoom factor is calculated by the pixel size of the map texture. It does not allow to zoom much beyond full native resolution, so it is not getting pixelated.
On a 4k monitor there is not much to zoom, I think
