    Hi,

There are several pages in internet about how to become a Werewolf in ESO. There is no way to tell 100% the difference, but there are some elements that helps you. Those mobs that infect you spawn only in high level areas, (Bangkorai for DC, The Rift for EP, and Reapers March for AD). These mobs spawn only at night, most notably during the full moon. I did this to get my bite:

    1. Read the guides in internet, look at the maps, search the possible locations
    2. Go to the spot at daytime, go around it, make sure you find it easily also at night.
    3. Decide the spot where you'll camp, and reserve spot
    4. Try to read the moon sequence in the game, it differs. Wait for night, find the moon and look at it, come back next night, it will be different.
    5. Visit the spots at night, if there are no other players, come back later.
    6. WW spawn at full moon Vampires at new moon, at same spot.

There are player who hunt the infecting mobs. They camp on the same spot with others, but they kill it as soon as it spawns, this happened to me. Don't give up, change place and see if it spawn's in another spot. "Read" other players action, they might know something that you don't, and decide if you'll follow them, but the decision is always your's not theirs. Hope this helped you and happy hunting. I got my bite in less than 2 hours real time.

I looked through the guides in internet and most them mentioned that the spawn and moon has some connection if believing to rumors. I think that this is one thing that game developers don't want to confirm and that's why it is written "by rumors". When I was searching the WW, I had time to think the logic in this vampire and WW spawning. The logic must have some connection to the tales and stories of these beasts outside of ESO. So then it is logical that vampires spawn near or at new moon, and WW spawn at or near full moon.

But one thing is certain, the best way to get the bite is to hunt it. THEN you have really earned it!

From the tin hats in my guild, they believe the people hunting the spawns aren't just griefers, but gold sellers that sell the bites trying to keep the competition down. Seems like allot of effort for something you can sell like once a week?

If they had to try that hard to make money, they would turn to another, more profitable game to abuse. Blackhats are generally, by their very nature, lazy and will almost always seek out the easiest, most efficient means of doing damage or making money per their specific agenda.

At the moment they can farm instantly respawning resource nodes and offload it to NPCs for quite a lot of gold. Before that it was boss farming. They also run trains of bots around NPC camps to farm the spawns. These are all easily more profitable avenues, that require very little manual intervention or thought.

My little DK had 30 minutes of fun fiery gripping mobs every time the bot train was in reach of them. What an awesome L1 skill :p
