My problem with Arcanists' Neon Green

✭✭Luckily for me, I don’t have any issues with the look of the new class. Honestly, any fix for this and other visual issue that some have is a larger issue that ZOS needs to address. Unfortunately, I think it would be a more complex issue that would work for everyone and will take time for them to fix if they ever do. Personally, if I had to play in B & W mode, then I wouldn’t play ESO.
