well, I now have a problem with logging in to the game:
this morning out of the blue (still the same password/PC as yesterday) a pop up appeared I should enter the access code that was sent to me via email...
you guessed right, I didn't get any email. Checked my spam folder, added noreply@elder... to my address book. still nothing.
Now, one step to counter that problem is to change the current email address to a new one so that a new code is sent to the new email address the next time I try to log in...
but in order to verify the change an ACCESS CODE is sent to the current email address ... which, you guessed it, I never received. the irony...
I even submitted a ticket (230623-001675), detailing my problem and lo and behold got an almost immediate reply (to my current email address, so it is definitely working) asking me to try the stuff I already tried- which I told them in my ticket
I just want to play, please help
