Odd characters showing up in a particular point of dialog with Naryu Virian, as shown in the following screenshot - playing on PC, on PC-NA:

    The †is an encoding bug. It happens when a UTF-8 character is misrepresented as a ISO-8859-1 character.

    Based on context and a similar problem with Azandar's dialogue, the character in question seems to be an ellipsis (...).
