Can not obtain "Cloudrest Savior" achievement due to a bug

Hello,
Recently I have started achievement hunting. Due to a bug, I can not obtain Cloudrest Savior achievement.
As you know for Welkynar Liberator title, you need to completed several achievements in Cloudrest, one being Cloudrest Conqueror. As you can see from the first picture, I have obtained Cloudrest Conqueror on 6th February 2020. And for some reason, you can see from the second picture, it is not shown as obtained under Cloudrest Savior achievement. This prevents me from completing all the achievements for Cloudrest.
I want to point out several facts:
-Cloudrest Savior is the only achievement that I haven't completed under Cloudrest (because of the bug)
-I have been doing every kind of veteran Cloudrest since February. I have cleared vCR+0/1/2/3 several times during this time, and none of it fixed my bug.
-I have written feedbacks, bug reports many times. I have contacted support twice. At first they forwarded me and said they'll investigate the problem but nothing happened. For the second time they didn't even bother to forward me and just said that I should write a bug report, which I have already done.
The thing is I have been trying to obtain this achievement for months now. The only thing I haven't tried was opening a forum post and now I am doing it. Hopefully there is a solution for this because this is my main character and it would be really sad if I have failed to complete all the achievements due to a nonsense bug like this.

Okey, I'm not talking about Fang Lair bug, that has been fixed.
I'm talking about what OP is talking - a bug that prevents players from getting the combined achievement on the Cloudrest trial. The original post is from 2020, but, this bug is still around in 2023.
It's not a nice feeling when you progress through the trial for X months only to not get the achievement.

Unfortunately no, they haven't fixed my problem, what a surprise.
Though, there was an update where it included "account wide achievements". That fixed my problem because I had this achievement done on my other characters so with the patch I finally managed to get the achievement. I recommend doing this achievement on another character to fix it, because believe me they will never fix this.
Not only this but I had other friends who had same problems with Sunspire, Rockgrove, and Kyne's Aegis. So this is not a specific bug for Cloudrest. It can happen anytime, to another achievement.0 -

Unfortunately, since they linked the achievements to the account, I am unable to redo the achievement. It is unlocked on all my characters.
In my case, it's doing the Cloudrest trial on the normal difficulty. I did it on other characters and unfortunately nothing worked.
After all these years it should be fixed, but oh well.
