Looting issue in Imperial City after patch

Doing the Memorial District daily, after killing mobs I couln't loot them or sheathe my weapons. Also could not interact with the skeletons to plant the geodes. Weapon swap cleared the issue. Quest had been accepted prior to patch. Zone was not occupied by my faction.

✭✭I am also having this issue, doesn't seem to be zone specific, and it happens a lot. After I fight some NPCs, I cannot loot them or interact with anything (harvest nodes, wayshrines, etc.) until I /reloadui.
It stinks when I am finished with a fight, but can't interact with a treasure chest, only to find someone else picking its lock after I /reloadui.

Same here,
killed mobs are highlighted but cannot be looted. Did not notice it so much in open world, but happens regularly in instances.0 -
