bugged experience scroll

I cannor use an experience scroll. It says that I can use only one at the time but there is noscroll active.
Also primary stats upgrade wont last. It is gone after a minute or so.

Buffs are bugged right now, they working, but you don't see them. This is why you can't use new scroll, cause previous is still working.

I don't have any experience buff other than ESO Plus and my "rested" EXP. Neither of those should cause

This is both disturbing and upsetting. My new arcanist is not having this issue. Only my crafter. This is a crippling bug when doing a stack of Master Writs. Game breaking for me.

Edit: I forgot to mention I removed all addons and reloaded UI. The problem did not go away.

I've also encountered this, both with food/drink and exp scrolls. IIRC ZOS is already aware of these buff issues.

I can still use them just fine, the only problem is that the timers dont show on the character sheet.

hi, I can use them and all, but didnt aply the exp at all...time flying, i am loosing the scrolls for lvl my arcanist. I need other scrolls pls
